   How are products/orders delivered?
PilipinoMart uses FEDEX Ground Service to deliver grocery items to your home. We are also flexible in shipping orders using special courier services upon customer's request.

   How long does it take to have my order shipped and delivered?
PilipinoMart strives to process customers' orders as soon as possible to achieve customer satisfaction. Part of the process is to make sure that all products are complete and packed well. For more information about the courier service we use to ship the order, pls click here. Tracking numbers will be issued via email to our customers. Expected delivery time from time of shipment is 3-5 business days.

   I want to change my order, how is this possible?
During order processing, we check our email from customers who have placed their orders but has additional special requests. Simply put in the subject 'Order Change' and email to orders@pilipinomart.com. If the order process has not started, Pilipinomart.com accommodates for this request before actually executing the order. This includes emailing to customers for acknowledgement or making reasonable suggestions when necessary.

   Do I need to make additional payments if I change my order?
You do not need to make additional payments only if the change will not impact the total price. Changes such as request for additional items or request to ship to a different destination may generate new total. In this case, we can either refund or charge you for the difference.

   Is the product still going to be available when I order?
Pilipinomart strives to make sure the all products in the website are still available when you order, although there is no guarantee as we cannot anticipate the behaviour of the consumer market at any point in time. Please check our out of stock policy for more information.

   I received my order on time and I was so happy. Unfortunately, one bottle broke during transit. What do I do?
Pilipinomart has a policy for damaged items upon delivery and it is very important to follow this guideline to avoid delay. Click here for more information.

   Why is my invoice total more than what I paid for? Do I still have a due?
It is important not to confuse the amount you were charged versus the original calculation. The invoice total shows the original calculation and does not necessarily reflect the payment you made during the checkout. If discount is applicable, the amount you paid is less than the invoice total because discount has already been applied. This is reflected in the 'You Saved' portion of the invoice, which reflects the amount you saved in the entire transaction. The payment has been completed and there is no balance due on your part. See 'Balance Due' portion of your invoice. Any question, please let us know.

   I constantly get the message "transaction has been declined" many times. What should I do?
Two common reasons occur when you encounter this message. One is if your billing address is inaccurate or incorrect, the other is when your zip code does not match your billing address. Sometimes, you have entered a PO box address which the system does not accept. Please enter the correct billing (physical) address in order for your payment to go through successfully. If the same message still keep occuring, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via email.

   I filled up a survey form in order to get a 10% discount on my grocery purchase. How come my totals are not applied with 10% discount?
Pilipinomart encourages grocery customers to fill up our survey form and, in token of our appreciation, entitles them to a 10% grocery discount. After submitting your survey, a promo code will be issued to the customer so that this can be used to enter into the CODE input box when you checkout your order in the Pilipinomart online grocery system. If this is not entered, your discount will be not applied. If you have entered this and still think the discount is not applied, make sure that you have entered the code correctly. Also, make sure that the calculation is EXCLUDING shipping and handling and other applicable taxes (esp. if you're in CA). If you still have any question, pls email to info@pilipinomart.com.

   I was wondering why you charged me twice for one order?
It is important that this matter is not to be misunderstood. When doing your payments online, it is possible that you would encounter "transaction has been declined" due to results of the Address Verification System when you submitted incorrect billing address information or P O Box address. Your financial institution may show a pending amount on your credit card statement. This amount will typically, within two - ten days, drop off according to the institution's policy. Therefore, you will only be charged with the amount of the transaction that went through successfully. We hope this answers your question.

   How do I shop at PilipinoMart.com?
a Before you shop at PilipinoMart, make sure you register with us first. It's fast and easy and it won't take up so much of your time. Just click on Sign Me Up at www.pilipinomart.com.
b. Browse the list of our available products. You can start by choosing the categories at 'Products', choose an item and Add to Cart. 
c. Make sure you update the quantity of the item you want to purchase. 
d. You will be informed that the item has been added to the cart. At this point, you have the option to shop for more, by dropping down the selection list, or go back to choosing more categories.
e. Upon viewing the shopping cart, you have two options of manipulating the shopping cart: Edit and Remove. 'Edit' allows you to change of quantity of the item you want to purchase. 'Remove' allows you to remove the item from the shopping cart. 
f If your selection of items in the shopping cart has been completed, prepare to Checkout.
g. PilipinoMart will query the shipping cost via FEDEX according to the weight and destination of your orders. Service is FEDEX Ground.
h. At this point, you can still go back to add some more to or to remove anything from the shopping cart.
i. Press continue to checkout after you agree to the grand total amount of your payment. You will then be asked to provide your payment information online. You can also opt to call our customer service and give your payment information over the phone. The latter assures you in person that this information will not be given, sold nor rented to any third party without your permission.

If you are having problems with the link provided to you, please read your email carefully for your Confirmation Code and your Pilipinomart User ID. Pay attention to the section where there is a "*********Having problems with the above link?**********", a link is provided in this section which hopefully works for you. The next page will ask you to input the Confirmation code and your Pilipinomart User ID plus the creation of your password.

Our phone card system can get the PINs to you after an instant you made your payment based on our order form or on Paypal. If you still have not received your PIN, then there are several reasons why this could be so.One definite reason is for first time buyers of Pilipinomart ever since we launch our new security implementation.  Our customer service have to go through a one-time verification with first-time customers in order to reduce internet fraud and maximize security for us merchants and for you customers.  This applies only to customers who purchased phone cards with Pilipinomart for the FIRST TIME and will not have to experience this when they return to purchase another one.
However, if you are a returning customer and still experience having this problem of not getting a PIN, though this occurrence very rarely happens, we advise you to notify us immediately by emailing to phonecards@pilipinomart.com. Do not forget to include the correct transaction ID (this can be found in your electronic payment receipt) and phone card information in your email. We will start our investigation when we get the complete information and you will receive feedback from us within a few hours time.

If payment has not been made in your order, you have been followed up by Pilipinomart customer service reminding you that your order is not yet completed. You may choose to pay or cancel. Should you wish to pay, simply log back in, click on Grocery Orders and click Pay Here. Should you wish to cancel, same procedure is done but this time, click on the order and click Cancel Order. In any case, your future order with us will NOT be impacted whatsoever, even if no action has been taken from your side.

Pilipinomart is a distributor of many phone cards. We issue the customer service number of these phone card company together with the PINs when your order is processed so that for any PIN that has a problem, these numbers are provided for you to call. Though we cannot answer most of their PIN technical problems, we can only do our best to provide the best quality phone cards in the industry.
